chk4d Terms and Conditions

Platform

Refers to the chk4d website accessible at https://chk4d.net, including all pages, services, games and features provided on it, whether accessed via a web browser or mobile device.

User or Player

Refers to any individual who registers an account and/or uses the services provided by chk4d, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in this document.

Terms

Refers to this entire Terms and Conditions document, including any policies, guidelines and supplementary notices that form part of the agreement between the user and chk4d.

Real Money

Refers to funds deposited by a player into their chk4d account via any accepted payment method, including e-wallets, online banking and cryptocurrency.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register an account and use any services on chk4d. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. chk4d reserves the right to request valid identification documents for verification purposes, including MyKad or passport.

Territorial Restrictions

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to them. chk4d operates under international licensing and is not responsible for any breach of local laws by users.

One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on chk4d. Holding more than one account, whether directly or through another individual, is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Players are responsible for updating their information whenever any changes occur. chk4d reserves the right to suspend an account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or false.

Account Security

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. chk4d will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from a player's failure to keep their login details secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.

Account Transfer

A chk4d account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, leased or given to any third party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure without a refund.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting chk4d customer support. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any required compliance checks.

Accepted Payment Methods

chk4d accepts payments via the following methods:

• Online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and others)
• Boost
• ShopeePay

Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Requests that do not meet these minimum limits will not be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes after the request is approved, subject to standard security checks. This process may take longer under certain circumstances such as the need for additional verification.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

All financial transactions on the chk4d platform are subject to anti-money laundering compliance procedures. chk4d reserves the right to request supporting documents for any transaction and may hold withdrawals until a review is completed.

Source of Funds

Players agree that all deposited funds are legitimately owned by them and are not connected to any unlawful activity. chk4d reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where required for legal compliance purposes.

Welcome Bonus

chk4d offers a welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.

Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Required wagering: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000. If deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,200 → Required wagering: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

VIP Programme

chk4d offers a VIP programme with five tiers, each with different weekly cashback rates:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on a player's activity and loyalty over time.

General Bonus Terms

chk4d reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including opening multiple accounts or using betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

Game Results

All games on the chk4d platform are operated using a certified random number generator (RNG) or via supervised live dealers. The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed except in the case of an obvious technical error.

Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, chk4d will attempt to restore the game to the last verified state. If restoration cannot be carried out, affected bets may be returned to the player at chk4d's discretion.

System Manipulation

Any attempt to manipulate, hack or interfere with the chk4d game system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. This includes the use of automated software, bots or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage.

Prohibited Behaviour

Players are prohibited from doing the following while using the chk4d platform:

• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language towards any party
• Communicating with the intent to deceive other players or chk4d staff
• Sharing account information with third parties
• Using unauthorised third-party software
• Placing bets on behalf of individuals who are underage

chk4d promotes responsible gambling. Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives are encouraged to contact our customer support for assistance, including options to set betting limits or activate a temporary account suspension. Disclaimer of Warranties

The chk4d platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. chk4d does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, chk4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses resulting from a player's own betting decisions.

Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of an obvious technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, chk4d reserves the right to correct that error. Winnings obtained as a result of a clear technical error will not be honoured and the balance will be restored to the state prior to the error.

Right to Amend

chk4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the chk4d platform after such amendments are published will be considered as acceptance of the amended terms.

Notice of Changes

For material amendments, chk4d will endeavour to notify players via email or in-platform notifications. However, it is the player's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current applicable terms.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws under the relevant international licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through arbitration procedures established by the relevant licensing authority.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to law by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be set aside or amended to the extent necessary, and the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
